The person we seek for this position is a bright, outgoing, friendly, driven person with proven experience consistently exceeding outbound sales goals, utilizing consultative approaches to selling and pre-qualifying prospects, and the ability to consistently work within and optimize our outbound sales process to deliver appointments.
Our Business Development Manager will primarily execute outbound lead sourcing via direct email and telephone outreach. Lead qualification will also be a large part of the job. Our Business Development Manager will also assist with optimizing the sales process, managing several aspects of sales operations, automation, and CRM, including delivering intelligence and reporting to our executive team. The Business Development manager will assist with creating and managing quotes, estimates and proposals, and will also represent the company at several trade shows, keynote speaking engagements, and other marketing events.
