Raidious has won the 2012 TechPoint Mira Award for Excellence & Innovation In New Media. The Mira Awards are the premier technology awards program in Indiana. The awards honor businesses, schools and universities, entrepreneurs, and other individuals for their contributions to the state’s technology-related economy.
TechPoint is Indiana’s technology initiative “focused on growing Indiana’s tech sector by promoting the successes of technology companies and professionals; supporting the formation, expansion, and attraction of technology companies; and advocating appropriate public policy.”
The awards gala was held May 12 at the JW Marriott in Indianapolis. Raidious won the Mira award for New Media Excellence & Innovation for its creation of the Social Media Command Center “that was an integral part of an unprecedented interactive effort by the 2012 Indianapolis Host Committee for Super Bowl XLVI.”
This was our third year being nominated, and our first as a winner! We felt incredibly honored and very pleasantly surprised to receive the award, as we were in such great company with the other nominees in our category, which were the outstanding companies of SmallBox, Scale Computing, and MillerWhite Marketing.
